Color Run
Each year, Arab International Academy arranges the color run event to foster mutual understanding among different cultures and educate students about the importance of diversity and countering the influences that lead to fear and exclusion. It also helps students to develop capacities for independent judgment, critical thinking, and ethical reasoning. The color run was arranged on Thursday, January 30, 2020, where students and teachers ran across the school playground while being splashed with powdered colors. Each color represented an aspect to promote diversity. We highlighted the importance of race, gender, feelings, talents, means of expression, and beliefs.
